HR ADMINISTRATOR - D2 - €27K - 3 MONTHSHR Administrator - Dublin 2 - €27k - 3 months. HR Administratorneeded to support the HR function by promoting and supporting HR best practice throughout this organisation.The HR Administrator will complete the administration in the HR Department. Provide full HR administrative support related to recruitment, payroll, pension, learning and development, staff development, employee leave, benefits, absence management, employee relations and various HR wellness initiatives. Maintain and regularly update personnel files to ensure data corresponds with HRMS records. Provide all employees with information related to HR policies and procedures. Ensure HR procedures are documented and are consistent with policies. Assist in the development of appropriate HR reporting systems. Maintain & update the Employee Self Service system and online Recruitment system. Perform administrative assistant support to the Head of HR & HR Partners in addition to providing relief cover to reception. Complete other duties appropriate to the post as may be assigned. The successful candidate will have: A third level qualification preferably in HR and / or Employment law (Chartered CIPD membership is desirable. Previous work experience in a HR Department coupled with knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice. An adaptable and flexible attitude to work together with an ability to work under pressure and reprioritise workload as required. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail with a methodical and organised approach to record keeping. A proven ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team with minimum supervision. A positive and proactive approach to work and is confident in own ability to deliver an effective and efficient HR service. A professional, diplomatic, discreet yet personable manner when dealing with employees and confidential information. A responsive, confident and self-assured professional disposition. Self-motivation, drive, enthusiasm and a willingness to enhance own professional lifelong learning and development to develop a career in HR.
