Our client is a start-up organisation that is involved in big data for the pharmaceutical sector. They are experiencing significant growth and are seeking an experienced and talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to come on board who will manage the end to end recruitment cycle for various positions. This is a progressive organisation where creativity is encouraged. The Role. This Talent Acquisition Specialist position will consult and partner with stakeholders in different business areas and aim to drive a direct sourcing model for top talent. It will manage the recruitment cycle for various roles within Ireland. This is a stand-alone position which reports directly into the CEO. Responsibilities. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead and support the Recruitment Strategy through partnering with key stakeholders in the business, advise and guide hiring managers, use structured sourcing strategies to attract a niche skillset in Ireland and abroad. You will be responsible for the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to ensure an outstanding candidate experience. You will develop creative and effective sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for top candidates across the organisation. The Person. The successful Talent Acquisition Specialist is someone with innovative ideas for this organisation who can lead on all Recruitment Activity. Key requirements include: Hold a relevant 3rd level qualification (BSc in Food Science/Technology desirable) and possess excellent knowledge of the recruitment market, trends and opportunities. 4-5 years recruitment experience working within a fast-paced environment (both agency & in-house is desirable. Must have the ability to work to tight deadlines & have excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence senior business leaders. Have strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to work independently using own initiative. Proven record of achievement and the drive for continuous improvement.
