A global pharmaceutical company that manufactures, develops and distributes speciality pharmaceutical products is seeking a German speaking Senior HR Generalist to join its progressive team in Dublin. As the Senior HR Generalist for the international business, you will provide a first-rate HR service to all employees across the organisation and deliver innovative HR solutions. Supporting the HR Manager, you will take responsibility for recruitment and selection, training and development, HR projects and employee relations. As well as this, you will effectively support and work closely with colleagues in line with business objectives and provide all departments with critical HR data, ER issues, and general HR support. The right candidate for this HR Generalist role will be fluent in German and have a minimum of 3 years' experience within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, have proven ability to deliver a top class operational HR service and possess excellent organisational, time management and communication skills. As well as this you will have the ability to create and develop good working relationships. A background within the pharmaceutical or medical device industries is an advantage.
