HR Admin Assistant – 12 Month Contract. Are you a strong administrator looking to develop a career in HR? If so this is the opportunity for you! Our client is a leading multi-national Pharmaceutical company who are looking to recruit an administrative assistant for their HR team. Daily duties will involve: • Manage all HR queries and update and maintain data on relevant systems. • Assist in the recruitment process both internally and externally. • Support HR team with organising events and initiatives to promote employee engagement. • Co-ordination meetings and supporting management with other ad-hoc duties. The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years strong administration experience ideally from Pharmaceutical or Healthcare sector. Must have strong MS office skills.
