Description

HR Business Partner. You will provide proactive HR support, advice and solutions to business leaders within a fast paced multi-national, matrix managed organisation that is working on an HR transformation. Key Responsibilities. Case manage employee relations issues providing expert advisory. Proactively support the development and implementation of the HR strategy. Build and develop strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Effectively collaborate with other HR functional areas to deliver relevant HR services and interventions. Positively drive company culture, ensuring that values and behaviours are embedded. Drive the Performance Management and Development process. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems. Ensure compliance with employment legislation. Proactively deliver timely and accurate management information. Effectively manage multiple projects / work streams. Coach and mentor less experienced team members. Required Experience. At least 3 years in a similar level HR role. Demonstrable experience in successfully managing employee relations issues. Experience of management of a diverse range of stakeholders. Additional Requirements. Degree qualified in a Human Resources or related discipline. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office. Qualified member of the CIPD or equivalent.
