Required experience: Min 3-5 years experience as an optical assistant. Proven experience dealing with customers, assisting with frame and lens selection. Strongly customer service focused. Possesses a good understanding of lens and frame products. Ability to upsell and cross-sell other products and services. An interest in optical fashion and styles. Must be a team player.
