  • Processing of monthly payroll
  • Maintenance of payroll system
  • New starters & leavers
  • Pay Rates
  • BTW & Travel Tickets administration
  • Holidays/Sick Leave & Bank Holidays
  • Statutory Returns – P45, P30, P35 etc.
  • Headcount Reports
  • BIK
  • Preparation on report and monthly variance reports
  • Reconciliation of monthly control accounts & PnL
    • PnL Charges
    • Budget v’s Actual Review
    • PAYE/PRSI Control
    • Holiday Accrual
    • Salary Control Account
    • VHI/Pension
    • Any other payroll related accruals/prepayment accounts

Ad-Hoc Tasks

  • Deal with queries and special requirements as they arise
