Temporary Payroll Administator Dublin 2 - Immediate start -Very Attractive rates. Payroll - Collection of Timesheet from contract staff. Collection of change data from salaried staff. Input of monthly payroll amendments. Processing of monthly payroll. Maintenance of payroll system. New starters & leavers. Pay Rates. BTW & Travel Tickets administration. Holidays/Sick Leave & Bank Holidays. Statutory Returns – P45, P30, P35 etc. Headcount Reports. BIK. Preparation on report and monthly variance reports. Reconciliation of monthly control accounts & PnL PnL Charges. Budget v’s Actual Review. PAYE/PRSI Control. Holiday Accrual. Salary Control Account. VHI/Pension. Any other payroll related accruals/prepayment accounts. Ad-Hoc Tasks. Deal with queries and special requirements as they arise.
