Our client, based in D24, is currently recruiting an Electrical Workshop, Parts, Customer Service person. Are you currently an Electrical field service technician who is tired of the road/ traffic/ commute and you have had enough of the "every day is a different location"? Then this might be of interest! This workshop based Parts role requires someone who has a ELECTRICAL technical trade coupled with experience working with parts and large production machinery . This role has come about due to internal promotion and requires someone who is customer focused and technically astute. You will be working in a busy, friendly office in D24 and you will be fully trained on their products. You will be involved in customer support, parts ordering, parts identifying and order processing. You will be liaising with the field service engineers on component repairs and liaising with customer on warranty claims. You will be able to read circuit diagrams and find parts in the manual/internet.
