Sigmar Recruitment is currently recruiting a Head of Personal Lines for a leading General Insurer based in Dublin. This position is being offered on a permanent full-time basis offering an excellent salary and benefits package. Joining one of Ireland's leading insurance providers, the Head of Personal Lines will be a key role within the organisations Personal Lines team. Reporting to the Chief Underwriting Officer, the Head of Personal Lines will lead the implementation of our client's underwriting and pricing strategy, budget targets are meet. Requirements. 3rd level degree and relevant professional qualification. Previous management experience within the insurance and/or financial service sector. Strong technical knowledge of Personal Lines and products. Previous P&L experience desirable but not essential. Excellent communication skills with strong motivation and team leadership experience. Excellent analytical, numerical and organisational skills. Salary. Excellent salary and benefits package on offer.
