Marketing Career Recruitments client is a high profile national representative body dealing with the financial services arena. They seek to recruit a talent internal communications marketing manager to join they’re marketing dept based in the heart of the IFSC. Reporting to the Director of Marketing your core role will be to develop and manage the structure and consistency of internal communications and marketing of same to the bodies members and running marketing communications campaigns and events to facilitate greater membership engagement. Key duties: Produce and maintain a schedule of internal communications and marketing activity. Produce and maintain a dashboard of metrics capturing the performance of internal communications and marketing initiatives for each department of the organisation. Presenting proposals to various stakeholders including high profile board of directors. Produce and enhance various publications from Annual Report to fact files to ad hoc policy documents. Produce events collateral including brochures, slide decks, name-badges, flyer and props. Work with the team to really develop the organisation’s online presence including websites, extranet and social media channels. Manage and enhance sectorial newsletters to specific financial services audiences. Administer members surveys. Manage the production of trade advertising. So we need a bright graduate with a minimum of 5 years marketing communications experience.
