Property Development (New Home Sales. Dublin City €Neg + Package (Bonus, bens) Our client is a medium-sized residential developer who are currently expanding, and are currently undertaking high-quality housing projects across Dublin City and County. They currently require a property professional with new homes / residential sales experience, ideally with a property developer, or working on new homes schemes on behalf of a developer. This position will offer the opportunity to progress, and learn all aspects of the property development industry, working alongside the Sales & Marketing Manager. Role Collating data on houses / apartment prices, market activity, specifications, demographics. Monitoring key trends as part of due diligence process for new site acquisitions. Market Research – pricing and key trends in specification and market activity. Liaising with agents and solicitors; provide reporting on legal and sales progress prior to sale closing. Liaising with Interior Designers to deliver show houses. Co-ordinating handover of keys to buyers of the homes. Providing demonstrations to new homes buyers. Dealing with customer queries and sales enquiries. Requirements A property third level qualification in property or sales. 3+ years’ property experience with a Developer or Estate Agency. knowledge of the new homes market.
