Title: Financial Operations Analyst - Accounts Receivable. Role Description: Exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to lead a 11-month project.The role is to support the transition of the accounts receivable activities to our clienst outsourcing partner for new lines of business. The role will include taking on the daily activities around credit & collections, as well as documenting and developing the process together with our order to cash analyst and collections manager. The ideal candidate will be a strong performer with several years’ experience in a global organization and specifically around order to cash. The successful candidate must be a driven, high energy, customer service focused individual that can work well with internal and external customers at all levels. Responsibilities: Direct collections and review of Accounts Receivable aging analysis, cash receipt forecasting, collection aging management, performance reporting. Research customer queries/billing issues and coordinate resolution as required. Develop the C&C process and document these with best-in-class desktop procedures for our outsourced provider. Support the sales organization by actively understanding the business requirements through partnerships developed. Skills: Excellent team player who is very comfortable working as part of a larger team located in different locations. 5+ years relevant experience with large, fast-growing, multi-national company. Organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement. Excellent planning, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with Oracle ERP and Salesforce added advantage. Experience in working with outsourced vendors. Superb attention to detail yet possesses an understanding of the "big picture” Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
