On behalf of our client, a global pharmaceutical company, we are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Projects Coordinator . This is a 12 month contract role. Purpose. Support multiple projects of varying complexities concurrently. Projects will be multi-dimensional, including Supply Chain / Logistics Operations, Regulatory, and Artworks. The Supply Chain Projects coordinator will maintain a positive attitude that promotes team work within the company and a favourable image of the company. Responsibilities. Handles multiple project tasks and assignments. Maintain project systems, tracking and documentation. Support project management and coordinate items such as:- Project implementation and schedule. Master Data. Distribution Transfer. Livery implementation. Proactively engage with other departmental resources where necessary to ensure information requests are delivered in a professional, timeous manner and recorded accurately. Following up on deliverables and actions with regional teams (as required. Ensures regular communication to convey progress, through the successful completion of the project. Contribute to the continuous improvement of supply chain project processes and administration Adherence to Company Health & Safety procedures. Participate in training programmes. Any other duties as assigned by your Manager. Requirements. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations or relevant field. Minimum 1 years’ supply chain experience. Strong knowledge and ability to work across Microsoft Office suite including Excel, MS Project, Word, etc. Insight and experience within Pharmaceutical industry an advantage. You must possess a high-degree of personal responsibility and integrity, with the flexibility and focus to achieve desired results in a dynamic environment. Work the required schedule. Strong organization and communication skills. Able to work independently as well as participate in and coordinate team efforts. Must be well organized, detail oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to identify and solve problems quickly by utilizing appropriate escalation and communication paths when required. International Business understanding. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Enthusiasm and Drive to take complete ownership and drive process improvement initiatives.
