Senior Receptionist Needed- 40k - D2. Senior receptionist with some admin duties needed in Dublin 2. Salary: 40k+ Desirable Qualities: Team player. Great at adapting to new tasks. Excellent typing and microsoft office skills. Dictaphone typing is a must. Ability to meet deadlines and use own initiative. Good at multitasking. Extremely organised. Duties will include: Maintaining and updating M.Directors diary. Organising transport and accomodation for M.Director. Responding and maintaining correspondance while M.Director is absent. Performing banking duties for M.Director. Maintaining and updating files, certs and forms. Maintaining off site files. Welcoming prospective clients in a professional manner. Coffee/Tea runs and organising lunch meeting for the MD. Answering phone in a professional manner and taking note. Ensuring the reception area is maintained to a high standard.
