Hartley People are looking to recruit a Business Development Exec for an exciting opportunity. This role will be based in Dublin. The role: Take full responsibility for managing and growing customer portfolio. Implement best-practice pipeline, sales forecasting and opportunity management. Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision makers. Supervise and coordinate project delivery. Develop and maintain an awareness of market behaviour and competitive trends. Requirements: 2+ yearsin a sales, account management role. Energetic and motivated individual who thrives working in a fast paced environment. Ability to understand clients business - their ethos, aims and aspirations and using this knowledge to help them reach their goals. Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels.
