Our client, an Irish privately owned and operated company with significant international operations are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their organisation with responsibility for domestic payroll. The Role. As the Payroll Specialist, your core responsibilities will include: Being the main point of contact for all domestic payroll related queries. End to end responsibility for implementing all pay and related data including starters, leavers, transfers. Adhering to payroll deadlines at all times. Providing support and advice in relation to mat leave, sick pay, relocations, tax saver, BIK Pensions, bike to work scheme etc. Calculating leave entitlements. Maintaining the integrity of payroll data on system. Liaise with health insurance providers. Monthly headcount report and payroll reporting. Interfacing with HR departments to ensure procedures and policies are implemented. The Person: The successful candidate will ideally hold an IPASS qualification and will possess approximately 3 years in a similar role in a multi-site business. Strong knowledge of payroll, tax, pensions and other benefits required. Excellent interpersonal skills. Customer focused. Salary: up to €45,000 benefits package.
