As the management team you will be responsible for the entire running of the store and ensure a high delivery performance and standard rate. You will work closely and have knowledge of important KPI’s to maintain and drive a team to deliver 5* customer service. Our client is seeking dynamic trainee managers who can communicate the importance of driving sales and deliver excellent customer service. You must be able to demonstrate leadership ability who can take initiative to take on a challenge and solve problems. Team development is a crucial aspect of this role.
