Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their fast growing office interiors/office fit team.Customer satisfaction is the focus of their business and they are truthful and honest in all aspects of their business.They provide customers with the highest of quality products and service and they know good prices are important and that the customer wants value for money. They also enjoy day to day challenges and celebrate the successes achieved.The role will encompass working with their senior management team to identify and achieve new business. Respsonsibilities: Drive key performance metrics, including executing on outbound calls, meeting and exceeding individual and teams’ goals. Experience utilizing a CRM to ensure activities are and documented properly. Ability to generate accurate forecast to properly project quarterly and yearly team results. Ensure quality generation, education and nurturing of leads. Motivate and inspire the team to grow, raise the bar and exceed expectations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Not afraid to get on the phone and cold call. You have at least 5 years of experience in the Office Interiors / Office fit-out industry. You have a proven track record of delivering medium to large office fit-out projects. You have built important relationships & connections within the industry over a period of time.
