The Role. As Team Leader for Clinical Trials you will lead a team of CRA's and have responsibility for the following: Ensuring projects/studies are resourced appropriately. Accountability for all operational activities related to global and country procedures applied in the site management. Quality oversight. Coordinating responses of audits with Global Quality Management. Contributing to development of country clinical investigator network to support the portfolio needs for clinical trials. Collaborating with Medical Science Liaison management to cultivate and enhance clinical investigator relationships to support business strategy. Participating at local cross-functional meetings and as a member of the local team to ensure a successful launch strategy is in place for each new product. Performing local oversight, if required, for all outsourced studies conducted. Acting as Local Project Manager of all non-interventional/observational studies supported by Global Medical Affairs. The Person. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 8 years' relevant healthcare experience including 4-6 years' relevant clinical development or clinical operations experience. In-depth knowledge of clinical development and drug development process, global clinical development processes, ICH-GCP, applicable legal, compliance and regulatory requirements. People management / Team Lead experience - Leadership, motivational, and collaborative skills are critical.
