Hospitality Manager required for leading Dublin catering firm. This leading Dublin-based catering firm is looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager with a background in high volume catering delivered at a high standard. The role will provide leadership and strategic guidance for operational and admin staff to ensure top quality standards are achieved and maintained for every event. The ideal candidate will have a background managing high-end, large conferencing operations in a 4-star+ hotel background or premier venue. Must have very strong organisational and time management skills, able to schedule workload to meet priorities, targets and deadlines. We are looking for an ambitious manager with the confidence, drive and ability to deliver superb service. Familiarity with Irish market essential for this role.
