We are currently recruiting Chef de Partie's for our client based in South Dublin. Our client is currently recruiting experienced Chef de Partie's for a busy day time operation in South Dublin. Daily operations include breakfast and lunch service only and will operate on a 5/7 rota basis with a maximum of 40/45 hours per week. Thereare also a number of events happening from time to time including weddings/BBQ's/lunch buffets/corporate lunches/private dinners so there may be occasion to work evening from time to time. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy restaurant/hotel background, show a willingness to work hard and possess a can do attitude. HACCP knowledge is also a key bonus. Our client bases menus on a 'Farm to Fork' ethos where as much produce grown onsite is used in the kitchen.
