Our client is currently recruiting a talented Restaurant Manager for this 4* Hotel in North Dublin. Reporting to Assistant F&B Manager and managing a team of approximately fifteen, the successful candidate will oversee the running of an AA Rosette Awarded restaurant. The restaurant serves breakfast and dinner and carries out day functions with a capacity of approximately 120. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Restaurant Management / Assistant Restaurant Management of 2-3 years in a fine dining background or similar experience in 4/5* hotel restaurant. Experience in breakfast and dinner service is essential. Experience in C&B would also be a benefit. You must have excellent customer care skills and attention to detail. The person will be responsible for the overall running of the restaurant, costs, cash and HACCP. They must be proactive in selling and promoting the restaurant. They must have excellent menu and drinks knowledge. An excellent opportunity for the successful candidate with potential to grow and develop within a leading hotel group.
