We are currently recruiting a Café Manager for this trendy new café. Open seven days offering fresh, innovative breakfast, lunch and dinner options as well as a delivery service, this is sure to become a favourite with health-conscious Dublin foodies. Examples of key duties will include: Organising and running services. Leading and motivating the team. Opening and closing cafe (cash handling, till reconciliation etc. Dealing with customer complaints in a calm and constructive manner. Providing excellent table service in a warm, friendly and attentive manner. Taking orders and serving food and drinks. Processing payments. Promote sales within the department. Cleaning and food preparation duties where required. Be knowledgeable of all menu items, food and beverages, and be able to communicate these confidently and upsell where appropriate to customers. Looking for an energetic café / counter style manager who is a proven team manager, able for a fast-moving environment. Must have at least two years’ previous experience as Manager within a similar environment and have a genuine interest in the latest health and food trends.
