Are you organised, detailed and have the ability to look and plan forward. As the Banqueting Operations Manager you will manage everything from meetings to private dinners to weddings . This is as much about people as it is about food , so you'll have to be comfortable dealing with a variety of clients. You will be asked to fill the rather large shoes of our General Manager when he takes off on his well deserved R&R, as well as having the pleasure of working with this consummate professional in the restaurant. This is a job that will have plenty of variety and you will learn a lot. If your outgoing, organised, have an eye for detail, can sell and upsell then this is the job for you. The salary will range between €30-35K plus a significant service charge payment which you will be impress with.
