Our Dublin based client currently have an open position for a Senior IT Analyst. The role of Senior IT Analyst - Enterprise Systems requires an ambitious, dynamic individual with proven capabilities to fully manage the creation of all enterprise IT solutions for the site, from design and construction activities through to qualification and licensure of the facility and into ongoing operations. Responsibilities: The Senior IT Analyst - Enterprise Systems will be responsible for the technical integrity of all Enterprise IT capabilities deployed at the site. This includes ensuring that the solutions deployed are fit-for-purpose, aligned with industry best practice, including cyber security protections, and that IT solutions support the complexity of the facility operations. Providing strong input into the development and implementation of a comprehensive, integrated IT & Automation strategy for the facility is a core expectation of this role, as is ensuring the design and delivery of a robust set of IT capabilities to support the ongoing operations at the site. The role will have responsibility for ensuring that the IT systems are maintained in a validated state and for keeping the underlying technology current, as part of an active lifecycle management programme. The Senior IT Analyst - Enterprise Systems will in particular champion the appropriate implementation of advanced IT capabilities both in Dublin as well across the wider global network. Therefore, he/ she will be comfortable working across a diverse range of development groups and client organisations and will collaborate closely with the company's global IT and infrastructure teams. Requirements: With a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline preferably to a Master's degree level, the Senior IT Analyst - Enterprise Systems will demonstrate prior accomplishment in implementing and validating IT and have extensive experience (>7 years) in the life sciences, pharma or medical devices sector. Equipped with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, the Senior IT Analyst - Enterprise Systems will be comfortable working in a complex global matrix structure and will be highly effective working with all levels of business customers and managing strategic vendors in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Senior IT Analyst - Enterprise Systems will be comfortable working in a complex global matrix structure and will have experience working across global teams and negotiating and managing strategic vendors in a highly dynamic environment.
