Our client is a is the global leader in the distribution of electrics products and have approved a major transformation programme which will standardised its approach to planning, manufacturing, supply chain and financial management across its 26 global subsidiaries. The programme will run for 4-5 years, during which the programme is tasked with implementing a world class ERP solution. In addition, the programme is responsible for redefining business processes to ensure adherence to industry best practice. The Business Process Analyst (Planning, Manufacturing,Sales and Logisitics) is a core team member of the Programme whose role is to deliver the Planning, Manufacturing,Sales and Logisitics business process re-design via a world class ERP solution to subsidiaries across the globe. The role’s core responsibility is to liaise with business stakeholders and users to understand the existing planning and manufacturing business requirements (AS-IS), translate them into industry best practice (TO-BE) and work together with our technical teams to deliver a world class ERP solution. The role may require foreign travel for periods of 1-4 weeks to support the roll-out of projects in international subsidiaries. Major accountable. Business processes definition – Documenting AS-IS and TO BE work flows. Business change – working with local stakeholders to identify business changes as a result of the programme and ensure the changes are fed to the Project Management/ Group Stakeholders network to co-ordinate their delivery through the release. Interfaces – identify and work with the development stream to specify and develop necessary interfaces, and testing with appropriate 3rd parties or internal teams. Skills Required: Experience in working in large transformational programmes. Working knowledge of SAP. Working in cross-functional teams. Working in multi-national / multi-lingual teams. Understanding of the impact of major transformational change. Experience of working using an Agile methodology (tools and techniques. Ability to review existing business processes and make recommendations for areas of improvement. Ability to work with an IT team to turn business requirements into system specifications.
