City Centre based organisation is seeking a permanent Administration Assistant with a minimum of 2 years' relevant office based experienceto join their team. This role wil see the right candidate take on tasks to include: Administrative support to both team and management. Document management - editing, proofing, formatting, writing. Report management - report writing, generation and analysis. Email and central inbox management. Call and query management. Reception cover / support where required. Stock, supply, facilities and IT management. Travel, logistics, accomodation and catering arrangements. Meeting coordination and room booking. Office maintenance - assist with daily tasks that will ensure the efficient running of the office. Ad hoc project assistance as required. Requirements: Excellent people and communication skills. Strong MS Office Skills. Excellent coordination and attention to detail. Able to work in a busy, fast paced environment. Will have strong initiative and is able to prioritise.
