My client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company have a new role open for an Operational Training Specialist to join the Dublin team. This is a permanent opportunity working within the Continuous Improvement Department. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Site Senior manager for Continuous Improvement the Operational Training Specialist will work closely with area Technical training functions to develop new training structures and content for the Dublin site. In partnership with local SMEs you will. Develop training structures and processes for management of Operational/Technical training. Develop and Oversee. o Operational Induction training programmes and materials. o Job specific training programs. Coordinate with operational/technical trainers in functional areas to track and coordinate training management. The Operational training specialist will be responsible for the training systems and processes while the Technical trainers are responsible for execution of technical training. Collaborate with area SMEs to develop best practice training modules and content (e.g. training manuals, computer based training etc.) Develop and maintain Site Training Curricula /Lesson plans. Coordinate the training program for new hires. Conduct Learning Needs Analysis and Gap Assessments. Deliver training on specialized programs as appropriate. Maintain, update and coordinate role based curriculum or lesson plans. Maintain quality and standards of training materials and structures. Prepare training metrics and results as required. Experience & Qualifications. Third level qualification in science, engineering, business information systems or other relevant discipline. At least 3 years experience in an Operational/Technical training role. Experience working. In an FDA and/or European regulatory environment is preferred. with Learning Management Systems. with Continuous Improvement approach. Furthermore, you should possess the following competencies/skills: Cross functional/ Team working. Leading change and driving improvement. Influencing others. Self-starter, take initiative, work with minimal guidance and drive progress. Structured systematic approach. Excellent Communication Skills. Presentation skills knowledge or ability.
