Strong business already in place with repeat clientele, they would now like someone who will raise the bar even further and ensure a seamless guest experience throughout the renovation process. The ideal candidate must be a total hotel professional with senior management experience in F&B, FOH, HR and Finance. Will have at least two years' experience as GM / Deputy GM with a proven track record of success in four star (or higher) properties, boutique hotel experience and renovation experience both an advantage.
