HR Operations Specialist. You are an ambitious HR professional who wants to elevate their skills in an HR Operations role as part of a multi skilled HR Team which collectively supports over 700 staff. Requirements. Minimum 3-4 years of strong HR Operations and HRIS experience in a busy team. Data analysis experience would be an advantage. Strong administration and system skills to include MS Office to an advanced level. Ability to work as part of a team or independently and to multitask. Degree in HR or a related discipline is preferable. Personal Attributes. Possess an inclination to change. Biased towards addressing root cause issues and takes a systems approach. Strong organisational / planning skills essential for this role. The ability to work accurately, with strong attention to detail. The ability to understand and analyse metrics and reports. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A high level of discretion and confidentiality required. Enthusiastic and proven ability to adapt and learn new skills quickly. The ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines. Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Responsibilities. Primary responsibility to ensure "real-time" accurate maintenance of the HR System. Be the "expert user"- full training will be provided. Produce monthly/quarterly/ad hoc reports. Be future focused anticipating opportunities to improve, create efficiencies and ultimately improve the employee experience.
