SUMMARY OF ROLE: We are currently looking for a Customer Service Clerk for our Client based in St. Margaret's, Co. Dublin. This is a 6 month contract. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing excellent customer service and handling large volume of customer queries in a deadline driven environment. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: • Clear, concise and helpful telephone manner; • Computer literate and able to learn and use a number of different systems; • Good MS Office Excel skills would be considered as an advantage. RATE OF PAY: €10.75 per hour. WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday either 8.30am-7pm, 9am-5.30pm or 9.30am-6pm. You need to be flexible to work all above hours. JOB CODE: QED0007.
