Job Brief. We are looking for a Repair Administrator to join our InHouse repair team in Heavey RF. This role involves repairing customer mobile devices. The role requires the candidate to; Have excellent communication skills. Understand the components of a computer. CPU, RAM, OS, etc. Understand TCP/IP networks and how they work to include 802.11 wireless networks. Responsibilities. The role responsibilities include receiving mobile devices and managing each through our repair process from start to finish within a targeted time frame. This can include dealing with third party partners such as couriers or manufacturers to ensure turnaround times to complete a repair instance are met. Training will be provided to technically repair each model of device. Update customers via email or phone as to the status of their repair status. Requirements. A+ Certification.
