Customer Care Agent – Citywest, D24. Our client is a leading provider of IT solutions for retail banking and the retail industry. The Customer Care Agent would provide day to day support to their customers by ensuring all incoming calls are responded to in a prompt and efficient manner. Key Role Responsibilities: Ensure all calls are answered and responded to quickly and efficiently. To resolve as many clients calls as possible, prior to escalating them to the next level. Updating database/call management system accurately. Resolving customer issues and ensuring the highest level of customer service at all times. You will have the following skills and abilities: Excellent “can do attitude” A passion for customer service. Fantastic telephone manner. Tech savvy and a quick learner when it comes to technology. This job will include shift-work and suitable candidates should be available to work five days over seven, and working hours within the times of 8.00am to 11.00pm.
