Retail Customer Service, Dublin. I am looking for a Customer Service administrator to work for a well know Irish Pharmacy group. This. is based in the pharmacy’s head office and will be dealing with customers and suppliers both over. the phone and when they come into the offices. Role Responsibilities: Responsible for building up good relationships with both customers and suppliers through excellent customer service. Management of the central mailbox and Shoretel system. Provide support for training and internal department as required. Meet and Greet customers, suppliers and company visitors. Taking ownership of incoming calls and ensuring they are provided with the support and resolution as required. Skills and Experience required: Excellent Communication skills are a must. Expert knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. The ability to work under pressure and take initiative. Confident and able to communicate clearly throughout the organisation.
