SUMMARY OF ROLE: We are currently looking for a Customer Service Agent for our Client based in St. Margaret's, Co. Dublin. This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate in a large company that provides excellent training and career progression opportunities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Dealing with customers face to face, cash handling, administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, phone answering. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: • Excellent customer service skills; • Friendly and positive attitude; • Computer literate and able to learn and use a number of different systems; • Quick and accurate data entry skills. RATE OF PAY: €12.06 per hour until 7pm, €15.68 after 7pm. WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 12.30pm-9pm. JOB CODE: QED0053.
