We are looking for an ICT Systems Analyst who will design, build, test, deploy and support business solutions which meet business and technical requirements. I’m excited…what will I be doing? Develop, configure and support ERP solutions in line with company ICT standards, documentation and governance in the supply chain and commercial space. Responsible for development and support of Supply Chain and Commercial functionality. Work closely with business leads and analysts to develop understanding of business requirements and transform them into technical deliverables and plans to match business needs. Troubleshooting, issue and risk management. Support key projects from inception through to UAT. Develop excellent Stakeholder and peer relationships. Provide training to business process teams. Support existing instances of Infor Movex and M3 configurations across the various sites. Identify areas for process improvement and redesign and develop ICT solution proposals. Sounds great, but what do I need? Required : Significant experience with Infor M3 13.X and Movex ERP supply chain and commercial applications - SCM, PUR, COM & MDM. Technical competence in data analytics tools, BI, ETL, SQL or equivalent relationship database query language. Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar systems analyst or technical ERP role. Advantage: Possess a good working knowledge of Infor finance technical modules and functionality. Awareness of the other ERP modules that will impact supply chain and finance i.e. warehousing, production & product costing. Awareness of M3 integration and extensibility development tools would be a distinct advantage. Experience in training to key users would be an advantage. High level of integrity, passion, self-motivation and analytical skills. Flexible attitude and willingness to travel. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder relationship management skills. Languages: Fluency in English; secondary language is preferable but not required. Technical or business bachelor or master’s degree is a distinct advantage.
