The Data Scientist will advocate,convert and build data-fuelled solutions that help our stakeholders improve strategic decision making. We are looking for someone who can provide expertise and thrives to continuously improve and develop systems and processes. So what will my day-to-day look like? You will become an expert in their data sets. You will provide insight into leading analytic practices, design and lead development cycles, and ultimately produce analytic solutions that will become part of their core business. You will work with cross-functional team members to identify high-impact insights across a variety of core business areas. You will research, design and validate diverse sources of data to achieve targeted outcomes. You will provide expertise on concepts and inspire the adoption of advanced analytics and data science across the breadth of our organisation. Great- what do I need? Degree or Masters. Be a team player with communication skills. Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment and to lead and drive complex operational initiatives. Motivated/ self-starter.
