A global industry leader have an opportunity for a mid-senior level UX Analyst to join them on a permanent basis in North Dublin. You will work across a multi-disciplinary team and will work closely with various teams, as well as liaising with stakeholders. The role requires excellent research and insight gathering, project management and communication skills and a broad understanding of all aspects of user experience from user research to writing UI requirements. Integral to the role is a passion for research, for taking results from multiple research streams and translating them into workable prototypes. You will be joining a high-performance team mapping out the next generation of desktop and mobile products, and will help to shape these from a UX perspective. Your role: Identifying objectives and measures for projects to steer direction, and better customer interaction, ensuring repeat purchases. Planning and conducting user research, surveys, competitive benchmarking, and heuristic analysis. Delivering User Insights reports with clear recommended direction and actionable tasks. Using personas, scenarios, user tasks and flows. Applying user centered design practices pursuing a cohesive user experience across all digital media. Developing ideas and concept through early prototyping, user testing and review. Designing and develop key components for enhancement of the website and mobile to increase conversation and ensure a better customer experience. Creating, managing, recruiting and running user testing and validation sessions on a monthly basis. Writing specific rules and logic requirements alongside wireframes, to hand over to designers and developers. Collaborating cross-functionally with both the company and external partners to ensure the delivery of best-practice solutions. Your qualifications & key criteria: Bachelors/Master’s degree in User Research, Human Computer Interaction (HCI) or related disciplines. At least 4 years proven experience in User Experience Research field. Solid experience of recruiting participants, managing and running ethnographic or user research and insight projects, identifying objectives, reporting etc. Solid experience of managing and running user-testing objectives, test-scripts, recruitment, moderation, documentation, reports. Demonstration of user-centred-design, including user-research, persona and scenario creation, wireframing, testing and reporting. Deep familiarity of research typical software. Deep familiarity of prototyping in typical software. Hands-on experience of responsive websites. User-research, analysis and reporting.
