One of Ireland’s largest financial institutions are looking for a Security Operations Associate to join their Information Management & Technology Division. This role is a fantastic opportunity for newly graduated IT professionals to begin an exciting career in Information Security with enormous scope for career growth. Role Responsibilities: Work with various departments to collaborate on effective changes from a security perspective. Monitor, identify and analyse security events and conduct day to day Information Security operations. Review logs/alerts to monitor system capacity and performance. Manage the Information Security mailbox, responding to alerts, emails and queries in accordance to the Service Level Agreement. Assist in Information Security risk assessments, ensuring they are documented and brought to the Information Security Managers. Requirements: Level 8 degree in related discipline. Ideally 2 years’ experience working in Information Security in the financial or pharma sector. Industry standard qualifications (CISSP, SANS. Strong teamwork ethic and excellent communication skills.
