A contract opportunity has arisen with a major financial institution for a UAT Coordinator,to provide support and conduct user acceptance testing to ensure that new and amended software systems perform as specified. Key Responsibilities: Design User and Business Acceptance Test programmes for product, services or process changes. Understand and interpret functional specifications and User requirements documentation with a view to deriving a suite of test scripts for end users to follow. Produce test scripts, ensure all tests are executed correctly and outcomes are recorded in the required format. Create and manage UAT testing schedules and co-ordinate and agree requests for business user testers to the impacted business area. Undertake various analyses to investigate the effectiveness of proposed changes to the mortgage system. Provide input to user documentation that will support training/implementation of the required change. Provide advice and support to internal customers as requested about the systems. Foster and maintain strong working relationships with internal partners to ensure collaboration in delivering effective results. Minimum Criteria for the Role: Minimum of 3 years in a User Test / User Acceptance or similar role. Experience of operating in S.D.L.C. and Agile environments.
