This stylish boutique property in central Dublin is currently recruiting a Breakfast Chef. Offering a cold selection as well as fresh-cooked hot orders, all items are carefully prepared using the best of locally sourced ingredients. This role is also responsible for some advance prep of further items served later in the day. The ideal candidate will be experienced in breakfast cover, background in small four star hotel or similar type of venue an advantage. You will be genuinely passionate about providing fresh, tasty, beautifully presented food. Hours are 6am – 12noon, five days over seven. €14/hour negotiable.
