Description

Due to continued growth and expansion of the Insolvency Department, our client is now looking to recruit an Administrator whose primary role is to work on a wide range of insolvency assignments and to provide administrative support to the management team. Main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Set up and manage a wide range of insolvency assignments effectively and efficiently taking ownership through each stage. Progress each insolvency assignment within defined timelines/tight deadlines. Perform administrative and financial reporting tasks including bank reconciliations and accounts payable control as required. Liaise with external service providers as appropriate. Ensure internal procedures, as well as statutory/regulatory requirements, are adhered to. Draft and send correspondence ensuring accurate information and excellent attention to detail. Provide essential administrative support to the management team. Research key information relating to relevant assignments. Prepare for meetings, taking minutes and ensuring action points are delivered. Assist with ad-hoc duties as required. Requirements. Excellent computer-literacy skills, particularly in Microsoft excel. Attention to detail with strong organisational and planning capabilities. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise according to importance and urgency while working to tight deadlines. Ability to prioritise tasks and responsibilities facilitating an ease in working to strict deadlines. Strong communication skills (written and oral.
