You are going to be the Sales and Operations Manager for Europe – withfocusin UK and Ireland - with a leading CRM Software Company and will contribute with their aim of capturing the 25% of their market globally – that’s a billion-dollar company. You are going to be at the exciting start of the company and can make the bold and true claim that you were a key player in building their global success – You will be part of a company that powers over 4,000 clients using its software in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Finland, Australia and the USA. What we are looking for: A highly motivated and driven individual to help manage the sales teams, and to drive analysis and insights for business decisions across the company’s existing territories. You work with the sales teams in these territories and lead with our CRO to ensure we make effective, analytically driven strategic operating decisions in each region. The role involves people management and requires you to lead technical analysis to support business planning. The ideal candidate is passionate about SMB’s, has a track record of exceeding sales targets and has strong communication and analytical skills. Responsibilities: Act as the point of contact for the sales teams. Define and drive the teams to hit milestones and increase clientsign ups. Manage Salesforce and provide strategic analysis based onacquisitionof client size and geography. Enhance sales productivity by ensuring our sales teams are working smarter. Maintain and improve sales processes and policies. Partner with marketing and sales reps to refine processes,analyseand report on campaigns with reporting on dashboards. Produce accurate sales reporting for sales reps and other departments. Skills: Demonstrate a track record in managing sales people and in sales ops. Proven Salesforces expertise with experience with reports, optimizing processes, training new hires and managing dashboards. Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks; proven strong organization and project management skills in a fast-paced environment. Track record in driving change and removing hurdles infastpaced environment. Excellent written, verbal and presenting skills. Agile, self-starter who thinks like a founder.
