We are recruiting for Top Inside Sales Team Manager!! With that said we are looking for someone who has experience managing a team of Inside Sales Reps (3years+ exp.) and enjoys a good fun working environment. With huge investment in establishing a key centralised European Sales function from Dublin, the focus is 100% on identifying the top talent to support this and continue to grow as they grow. It’s all about rejuvenation.. This is a new Dawn! Sounds Exciting - So what will my day be like? o As Manager you will be responsible for hiring and developing Top Talent for your team. o Discovering new and innovative ways to exceed on your team and individual performance and goals. o Coaching your team to be the superstars of the company. o Identifying retention and penetration opportunities in existing accounts. o Driving revenue and cross selling opportunities. o Leveraging partner/channel at the appropriate stages of the sales process. YOU? You will have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience managing a Team of 8+ Business Development/Lead Generation Reps in a software/hardware/IT/Telco industry. A hands on approach to managing these relationships and of course a fun presence are of the utmost importance. In return you will receive an attractive Base Salary €60,000 – 70,000 & OTE + fantastic benefits, continued career development and be working in a compelling and fun environment.
