About the job. Responsible for Coordinating all Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing activities on the site. Responsibilities. Lead creation of CI Plan, linked to budget, by CISC. VSM mapping of processes. Lean / Six Sigma Blitz identification and facilitation. Financial Scorecard monitoring and updating. Work closely with Six Sigma “Belts” and Validation Co-ordinator. SSU meetings, PVD Boards, 20 Keys and KAS. CISC agenda, rollout of 20 keys, CISC Calibration Tool. Drive improvement in both Plant 20 Keys and CISC Calibration Tool. New line setup: Materials, Brown Paper exercises, Process Mapping, Manning, SAP setup, Routings, BOM’s, MES setup, Documentation. Reporting on Drogheda CI activities to external parties.
