Now have a vacancy for the Clinical Nurse Specialist. You will be part of our MPS Sales team to cover all of Ireland. Ideally you will be based in Dublin. Some UK Travel will also be required which may entail overnight stays. As an SME your role will involves working within theatres assisting surgeons in inserting catheters and implants into the patient and training key surgical staff up on the procedures. With all these exciting new developments taking place we now have a vacancy for the Clinical Nurse Specialist will be part of our MPS Sales team to cover all of Ireland. Ideally you will be based in Dublin. Some UK Travel will also be required which may entail overnight stays. As an SME your role will involves working within theatres assisting surgeons in inserting catheters and implants into the patient and training key surgical staff up on the procedures. Key Responsibilities: Promote growth of Piccs, Midlines and SherLock 3CG technology and use of ultrasound in key growth hospitals. Hardworking, enthusiastic, resilient and can demonstrate a successful record in training healthcare professionals which will include the implementation of new products; Able to demonstrate the ability to identify new opportunities whilst maintaining excellent customer relations within established accounts and develop key opinion leaders; Able to work closely with members of the sales team to deliver training and assist in meeting key opinion leaders; Able to demonstrate effective territory and time management skills; Will exhibit excellent listening and communication skills; Able to demonstrate effective presentation and account management skills; IT literate and is able to demonstrate effective use of the web-based business tools provided to ensure success. Strong clinical skills in the field of vascular access. The Ideal candidate will be a qualified Nurse and will be registered at An Bord Altranais. You will have placed Piccs in clinical practice and be working in the field of vascular access. You must have a proven track record in surgical skills. This position will report to the Sales & Operations Manager in Ireland with a dotted line to the Access Team Clinical Lead in the UK. The ideal person will be able to identify business opportunities in relation to growth and retention strategies. You will have the ability to work autonomously, and be capable of independently generating, prioritising and handling your own workload. You will be a positive team player who builds and develops strong supportive relationships with colleagues, commercial partners, etc. You will have demonstrable organisation & negotiation skills. You will be a self-motivator who strives for success. Previous experience of using databases is a must – (ideally within sales). You must be computer literate.
