You will be required to oversee (and be hands on in) the delivery of first class services within the Hotel . Excellence in HACCP, Health & Safety is a must. Job Requirements: Provide guests with product of a Highest standard of preparation and presentation. Reporting to the Executive Head Chef. 2 years previous 4 or 5* Hotel Pastry experience is essential. Detailed knowledge of Food Hygiene and HACCP standards. Flexible regarding work shifts.
