We are looking for a strong Chef De Partie who is looking to move into a Junior Sous Chef position for this busy restaurant in Dublin 7! Job Title: Chef De Partie. Location: Dublin 7. Hours: Full time. Salary: €28,000-€32,000. Benefits: Working hours within Public Transport Hours. Proven career progression within Restaurant Group. Excellent Exposure. Annual Salary reviews. About the Job: As Chef De Partie you will be expected to support the Head chef in maintaining the kitchens excellent reputation. Chef De Partie you will ensure HACCP cooperation at all times. Chef De Partie you will maintain service standards and presentations. You will be expected to assist the Head Chef in any other request made in the kitchen. Job Requirements: 2 years previous experience as a Chef De Partie in a restaurant or similar enviroment. Previously dealt with high volume production. High standards of kitchen hygiene and health and safety protocol. You will be an excellent team player and will be working in a state of the art open plan kitchen.
