Assistant Manager,Boutique Lodge Dublin City Centre. Beautiful Boutique Hotel in Dublin City Centre is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager that will work with the management team in all areas of this amazing lodge. Strengths for this position have to be in Front of House and Rooms and exposure to Food&Beverage skills and just get stuck in! May suit a very strong Assistant Front of House Manager or Front Office Manager seeking a Middle Management role. The ideal candidate will have: You will have 1-2 years FronOffice/House /Assistant Management experience in a 4*/5* star hotel. You will have excellent organisation and leadership skills. You will have excellent attention to detail and high standards. You are experienced at multi-tasking. You have a proven track record of managing and motivating a team. You have a flexible and adaptable approach with a friendly and approachable style. You work to high standards with excellent attention to detail and a strong customer focus. You are comfortable working on own initiative when needed. Fluent English essential. Have strong Front Office/Rooms Background. Experience in Opera is prefered. Duties and responsibilities. You will be responsible for The Lodge in the absence of the Manager. You will oversee the smooth running of each department whilst on shift. You will deal with guests and ensuring at all times they experience the best standards of service. You will oversee the team and support them when necessary with a 'hands on' approach. You will plan ahead for daily/evening business needs including rotas and organisation of team. You will assist the management team in achieving budget. You will work with the management team to improve internal systems within the hotel when needed. This position is hands on and needs a manager that will be involved, assist and get stuck in when every department needs help! Immediate Interview. Salary 30K DOE.
