Responsibilities: Support implementation of Global Talent Acquisition transformation model including leading transition activities. Facilitate data collection for Global Talent Acquisition from various systems. Provide data analytics against defined SLAs and KPIs. Recommend, implement, and/or plan for improvements to new integrated or existing process support mechanisms including but not limited to partner (RPO) information systems. Provides access to candidate & vacancy information through both standard reporting and customized analytical/statistical analysis to drive business decision making. Maintains, develops, and revises all manuals, tables, governance, and documentation. Supports Budget & Finance maintenance & analytics: back-up files and invoice approval. Cultivate and manage external workforce relationships with suppliers to ensure optimal service levels to the enterprise through consistent and impactful performance metrics. Deliver adherence to compliance/local regulations and audit support across all aspects of External Workforce operations. Monitor and work with the External Workforce supplier to publish metrics to achieve high performance and ensure the adherence to agreed SLAs and KPIs. Maintain the profiles for all supplier’s team to maintain system access and completion of relevant my Learning activities. Education and Experience. A third level Education is required for this role e.g. Degree in Business of Human Resource Management. At least 3 years’ experience in a HR or Talent Acquisition role.
